- 絶縁性基板上にａ―Ｓｉ膜とこのａ―Ｓｉ膜に
光受光部を形成するように所定間隔を持つて離れ
た一対の電極とによる１ドツト分の構造を複数個
一次元に配列してなる画像情報読取り用のａ―Ｓ
ｉ等倍光センサーにおいて、少なくとも前記ａ―
Ｓｉ膜に接する絶縁層をボロンを含む酸化珪素を
主成分として形成したことを特徴とするａ―Ｓｉ
等倍光センサー。
