- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上面が開放された脱水槽と、 該脱水槽内に横方向に適当間隔をおいて並列状
態に立設された複数の回転スピンドルと、 該回転スピンドルを高速回転させる回転駆動装
置と、 前記回転スピンドルに対して係脱自在に嵌合す
るチーズ支持用受皿と、 該受皿の下方に配設され、前記回転スピンドル
に遊嵌する支持陥を有し、その上昇時に前記受皿
を前記支持環が係合することにより前記脱水槽の
上面まで持ち上げる昇降体と、 該昇降体の昇降装置とから成るチーズ脱水機。 (2) 前記回転スピンドルの下部に前記チーズ支
持用受皿の係止保持手段を備えている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のチーズ脱水機。
