【発明の詳細な説明】
〔発明の居する技術分野〕
この発明は、缶、瓶９箱等の定形容器に充填ないし包装
された商品のディスプレイ棚に係り、特に多数の同一商
品を省スペースに縦列配置し、しかも商品の取出しに際
し常に先頭商品を最前部に位置させるための自動押圧移
送手段を備えたディスプレイ棚に関する。

従来、スーパーマーケット等における商品のディスプレ
イ方式としそ、例えば缶や瓶に入った清涼飲料を対象と
する場合、多数の商品を縦列配置する棚板を設けている
が、この種の棚板では商品の取出しに際し常に先頭商品
が最前部に位置させるために前傾するよう構成している
。

立てられているため、このような架台に前記棚板を配置
すれば設置スペースの拡大となるばかりでなく、棚板の
加工が複雑になり製造コストも増大する等の難点がある

本発明の目的は、各種の定形容器に入った商品の販売に
際し、水平状態に設置して縦列配置した商品の最後部に
対し前方へ押圧付勢する手段を組込んで飲料等の重量物
から菓子類等の軽量物に至るまで幅広く使用することが
できる定形容器入り商品のディスプレイ棚を提供するに
ある。

本発明に係る定形容器入り商品のディスプレイ棚は、縦
長の基板部とこの基板部上の中央部に突設した仕切板部
と前記基板部の一端に突設した前端板部とからなる棚板
ユニットを複数備え、これらの棚板ユニットをそれぞれ
その長手方向側面部において結合部材を介して結合して
各棚板ユニットの仕切板部間に商品収納路を形成し、前
記棚板ユニットの基板部上の両端にそれぞれ商品滑走用
レールを設け、さらにこの商品滑走用レールに沿ってぜ
んまい式スプリングを商品収納路の前端側に付勢力を有
する押圧移送機構を設けることを特徴とする。

前記のディスプレイ棚において、押圧移送機構は、棚板
ユニットの基板部の長手方向両側面にスライド溝を刻設
し、隣接する棚板ユニットの前記スライド溝間に一端部
を基板部の前端側に固定すると共に他端部をローラに巻
着したぜんまい式スプリングを配設し、前記ローラの支
持体の一部を前記スライド溝間に嵌合して摺動自在に構
成することができる。

第１図および第２図は、本発明ディスプレイ棚の一実施
例を示すものである。すなわち、第１図および第２図に
おいて、本実施例のディス７” ｌ／ イ棚は、複数の
同一構造からなるプラスチック製棚板ユニット１０を適
宜結合部材１２を介して横列に結合して組立てたもので
ある。しかるに、前記棚板ユニッ）１０は、水平な縦長
の基板部１４と、この基板部１４の平面中央部に垂直に
起立した仕切板部１６と、前記基板部１４の一端部に前
記仕切板部１６と直角に交差して垂直に起立する前端板
部１日とから構成されている。なお、参照符号２ｏは基
板部１４の長手方向両側面にそれぞれ突設された結合用
突起部であり、２２は基板部１４の長手方向両端部に突
設された商品滑走用レールである。このように構成され
た棚板ユニットｌｏは、基板部１４に設けた結合用突起
部２ｏに結合部材１２を結合させて隣接する棚板ユニッ
ト１０と所定間隔離間保持、し、それぞれ仕切板部１６
で仕切られた商品収納路２４を形成する。なお、このよ
うに形成される商品収納路２４の幅は、収納する商品の
寸法に合せて予め作成した結合部材１２を適宜選択して
使用することにより容易に変更することができる。

設された商品滑走用レールである。このように構成され
た棚板ユニットｌｏは、基板部１４に設けた結合用突起
部２ｏに結合部材１２を結合させて隣接する棚板ユニッ
ト１０と所定間隔離間保持、し、それぞれ仕切板部１６
で仕切られた商品収納路２４を形成する。なお、このよ
うに形成される商品収納路２４の幅は、収納する商品の
寸法に合せて予め作成した結合部材１２を適宜選択して
使用することにより容易に変更することができる。
そこで、本実施例の゛ディスプレイ棚においては、第３
図に示すように、基板部１４の長手方向両側面部にスラ
イド溝２６．２６を刻設し、隣接する棚板ユニット１０
の相対するスライド溝２６．２６間に金属製もしくはプ
ラスチック製のぜんまい式スプリング２８を巻着したロ
ール３０の支持体３２の一部を嵌合してなる押圧移送機
構３４を設け、これを基板部１４の前端板部１８側に対
し摺動自在に配置する。従って、この場合、前記スプリ
ング２８の一端部は、隣接する棚板ユニット１０の基板
部１４間に延在させてその前端側に設けた係止部材３６
に固定し、ロール３０に巻着された他端部が前記商品収
納路２４の前端側に引張力を生じるよう構成配置する。
図に示すように、基板部１４の長手方向両側面部にスラ
イド溝２６．２６を刻設し、隣接する棚板ユニット１０
の相対するスライド溝２６．２６間に金属製もしくはプ
ラスチック製のぜんまい式スプリング２８を巻着したロ
ール３０の支持体３２の一部を嵌合してなる押圧移送機
構３４を設け、これを基板部１４の前端板部１８側に対
し摺動自在に配置する。従って、この場合、前記スプリ
ング２８の一端部は、隣接する棚板ユニット１０の基板
部１４間に延在させてその前端側に設けた係止部材３６
に固定し、ロール３０に巻着された他端部が前記商品収
納路２４の前端側に引張力を生じるよう構成配置する。
このように前記商品収納路２４に押圧移送機構３４を設
げることにより、この押圧移送機構３４のロール３０に
巻着された他端部を充分後方へ引き戻してその間に多数
の商品を縦列に収゛納配置して最後部の商品Ｐの後端部
に当接させれば、最前部の商品を取出す毎に商品収納路
２４上の全商品は順次スプリング２８の作用下に前方へ
自動的に移送することができる（第４図参照）。なお、
前記商品収納路２４の前端部には、取扱商品に応じてス
トッパ３８を設けたり、また、棚板ユニット１０の前端
板部１８に商品の種類や価格を表示したカード４０を取
付けることができる（第１図参照）。

第５図は、本発明に係るディスプレイ棚に使用する押圧
移送機構３４の別の実施偵１を示すものである。すなわ
ち、本実施例の押圧移送機構３４は、商品収納路２４を
形成する隣接する棚板ユニット１０の基板部１４上にお
いて、仕切板部１６とレール２２との間にそれぞれ前記
押圧移送機構３４と同一構成の押圧移送機構３４を設け
たものである。この場合、スライド溝２６は、仕切板部
１６とレール２２の側面にそれぞれ刻設することができ
る。

形成する隣接する棚板ユニット１０の基板部１４上にお
いて、仕切板部１６とレール２２との間にそれぞれ前記

たものである。この場合、スライド溝２６は、仕切板部
１６とレール２２の側面にそれぞれ刻設することができ
る。
前述した種々の実施例から明らかなように、本発明によ
れば、多数のユニット構成からなるプラスチック製棚板
を結合して商品収納路を形成し、この商品収納路の一部
に金属製もしくはプラスチック製のぜんまい式スプリン
グを備えた押圧移送機構を設けることにより、前記商品
収納路に多数の商品を縦列に収納配置した場合、前記ス
プリングの作用で前記商品を常に前端側へ押圧すること
ができるため、棚板を傾斜させることなくこれを水平に
保持した状態で商品の自動移送が達成され、これにより
ディスプレイ棚の設置に対する省スペース化と共に商品
整理に対する省力化が容易に実現でき、その経済的効果
は極めて大きい。

Claims (3)
- （１）縦長の基板部とこの基板部上の中央部に突設した
仕切板部と前記基板部の一端に突設した前端板部とから
なる棚板ユニットを複数備え、これらの棚板ユニットを

結合して各棚板ユニットの仕切板部間に商品収納路を形
成し、前記棚板ユニットの基板部上の両端にそれぞれ商

形容器入り商品のディスプレイ棚。 - （２）特許請求の範囲第１項記載の定形容器入り商品の
ディスプレイ棚において、押圧移送機構は、棚板ユニッ
トの基板部の長手方向両側面にスライド溝を刻設し、隣
接する棚板ユニットの前記スライド溝間に一端部を基板
部の前端側に固定すると共に他端部をローラに巻着した
ぜんまい式スプリングを配設し、前記ローラの支持体の
一部を前記スライド溝間に嵌合して摺動自在に構成して
なる定形容器入り商品のディスプレイ棚。 - （３）特許請求の範囲第１項記載の定形容器入り商品の
ディスプレイ棚において、押圧移送機構は、棚板ユニッ
トの基板部上に突設した仕切板部とレールとの相対する
側面にそれぞれスライド溝を刻設し、これらのスライド
溝間に一端部を基板部の前端側に固定すると共に他端部
をローラに巻着したぜんまい式スプリングを配設し、前
記ローラの支持体の一部を前記スライド溝間に嵌合して
摺動自在に構成してなる定形容器入り商品のディスプレ
イ棚。
