Furthermore, the foundation plate is made of solid reinforced concrete IJ-G with a thickness of approximately 6.5m, making it an extremely solid structure.

In the above, the shielding is necessary because the biological shielding wall and other parts are made of reinforced concrete, and around the biological shielding wall, column bases and beams made of steel members are assembled and connected to the biological shielding wall.

There is a space S of a required height between the ground side foundation 1 and the building foundation 2, in which a seismic isolation elastic body 6 consisting of a laminated rubber bearing, a damper, etc. is arranged. Furthermore, the building foundation 2 has a double slab foundation beam type.

It has been established. As shown in FIG. 2, the column base 5 is
Numerous contraction mortar 9 is interposed between the column base hardware 7 fixed to the lower end of the column and the building foundation 2, and the column is established with anchor bolts. The column base 5 and the beam 6 are connected by bolts via a split tee 8, and the beam 6,
The body shielding wall 4 is joined to the living body shielding wall 4 by interposing a sliding part made of fluororesin between the upper surface of the protrusion 4a provided on the wall surface of the living body shielding wall 4 and the lower flange of the beam 6, and forming a sliding support that is tightly connected with an anchor bolt. There is.

量が少ない。(Effects of the Invention) This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and since the seismic isolation elastic body is placed between the ground side foundation and the building foundation, the seismic force is significantly reduced, and as a result, the area around the biological shielding wall It is possible to have a light structure with column bases and beams made of steel members. At the time of dismantling, the continuous rooms can be easily disassembled by cutting and removing the steel members, and the dismantled steel members and the foundation on the ground side can be used, and the amount of waste is small.
