Claims (1)
- 固定ベース部材に枢支された回転軸と、該回転
軸に枢着された回転可動体に固着され、回転軸の
軸線方向に磁化方向をもつとともに、その磁化方
向に偏平な永久磁石と、上記固定部材に固着され
た回転軸と直交するヨークの平面に、前記永久磁
石と対面して固設され、かつ、径方向に延びる直
線部からなる導線パターン描いたシート状の平面
コイルとを具備し、前記永久磁石と、前記導線の
直線部に流れる電流との電磁作用によつて、回転
可動体を、正逆両方向に回転させるようにしたロ
ータリアクチユエータにおいて、平面コイルの直
線部が、回転する前記永久磁石の磁力が作用しう
る範囲内に、複数個位相をずらせて位置するよう
にして、複数のコイルを重ねて設けてなることを
特徴とするロータリアクチユエータ。
