  1. 有限の一様な厚さの誘電体で形成される筒形の
    基体の内面に、全面一様な導電膜を被着し、外面
    には目的に応じた形状の導電体を形成して成り、
    当該内面導体を接地導体、外面導体を上部導体と
    して、マイクロストリツプ形式の伝送回路を形成
    したことを特徴とする筒形電気回路。
