  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流路切換または流路形状変更によりシヤワー
    出湯状態とストレート出湯状態とに切換える出湯
    状態切換手段９を有する出湯具であつて、湯の熱
    エネルギーを駆動源として設定温度以上の湯が供
    給されると前記シヤワー出湯状態からストレート
    出湯状態に前記出湯状態切換手段９を自動操作す
    る感熱型操作手段１０を設けてある出湯具。 前記感熱型操作手段１０が形状記憶合金１０
    ａから成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第項に記載
    の出湯具。
