The current situation is that the expansion and contraction rapidly decreases with repeated washing and the like.

とする。The present invention applies a unique process to wool to absorb collagen protein derivatives as well as collagen protein derivatives mixed with a dissolved solution of hibroin or keratin, thereby preventing a decrease in elasticity due to washing, etc., and making it permanent. The object of the present invention is to provide a shape memory wool that can provide crimpability that not only imparts stretchability but also has excellent cord properties, and a method for producing the same.

方法によって達成されるものである。[Means for solving the problem] The above-mentioned problem is solved by the shape memory wool, which is characterized in that a collagen protein derivative or a collagen protein derivative containing a silk solution, that is, a hybroin protein solution and a keratin solution is adsorbed onto the wool. , and the above-mentioned animal protein derivative is adsorbed onto the wool, and the yarn is heated at 1,000 to 3,500T in the S or Z direction.
/M heating under moist heat conditions of 100℃ to 120℃ for 10 minutes to 1
A shape memory yarn characterized in that it is steam-set for 5 minutes and then untwisted in the opposite direction to the initial direction to impart crimpability, thereby obtaining a shape memory yarn with built-in crimps in the form of a thread or cone. This is achieved by the manufacturing method.
次に本発明の一実施例を述べる。 Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be described.

A shape memory wool having built-in crimpability of 50% or more can be obtained by making Iti yarn, steam setting it for 10 minutes at 110° C. on the side of the twisted yarn bobbin, and decombusting it at 2,0 OOT/M in the Z direction to make it into a general shape.

By treating the material with hot water after weaving and knitting, it has a high degree of elasticity in both the warp and weft directions, and can achieve physical properties with an elasticity of up to 30% for woven fabrics and 40% for knitted fabrics. As a result, we are able to produce a wide variety of high-quality products that have never existed before, such as underwear, sporting goods, and socks. Of course, dyeability, static electricity, etc. are better than before processing.
