A solar heat collector has a transparent transparent plate made of glass, plastic, etc. on its surface, and solar heat is applied to the internal heat collecting plate, heat collecting pipe, etc. through this transparent plate. Naturally, solar heat collectors are installed outdoors, so they are free of dust,
Dust adheres to the transparent plate. If dust or the like adheres, the transmittance of light and heat will deteriorate, and the thermal efficiency will deteriorate. It is desirable to clean the surface of the translucent plate regularly, but since solar heat collectors are generally installed in places that are difficult to reach, such as the roof of a house, they cannot be easily cleaned and are susceptible to rainwater. I could only hope that it would tip over and be swept away. However, it is not possible to remove the dirt simply by letting rainwater run through it, and the current situation is that the equipment is left dirty and used with poor thermal efficiency.

The illustrated embodiment will be described below. Heat collector 1
Frame 2 is formed into a rectangular shape using an aluminum profile, etc.
Install heat collecting members such as heat collecting plates and heat collecting pipes inside the
As is well known, a transparent plate 3 made of tempered glass is provided on the surface. A hot water storage tank 4 is attached to one upper end of the heat collector 1. The front surface of this hot water storage tank 4 rises almost perpendicularly from the heat collector 1, and the head is formed in a semicircular shape. This basic shape is not particularly different from those conventionally known. A rainwater guide groove 5 is formed in the head of the hot water tank 4. This groove 5 is located at the top when used on a roof etc., and the cross section of each part is V-shaped.
The width is the widest at the center and becomes narrower toward the left and right in the drawing. and,
Its both ends protrude from both end faces of the hot water storage tank 4.
In other words, rainwater falling in the rainwater guide groove 5 falls from both ends of the groove 5. A water wheel 6 is attached to both sides of the hot water storage tank 4, and a water storage section 7 is formed in the water wheel 6 to store rainwater that has fallen from the groove 5. The water wheel 6 is made up of two disks 8, 8 stacked one on top of the other with a constant interval maintained, and the water storage section 7 is formed by providing a partition between both disks. The shape of this partition is as shown in Figure 2, with a disk 8
Two plates 7-1 and 7-2 are arranged radially from the center to form a V-shape, and the tip of one plate 7-2 is bent inward at a substantially right angle. The opening angle of both plates 7-1 and 7-2 is set to 70 degrees. In other words, the water storage section 7 has both discs and the plate 7-
1, 7-2. Teeth are formed on a part of the periphery of the inner disc 8, and the gear 10 is rotated via a small gear 9 that meshes with the teeth. This gear 10 is a wheel 11
When the water wheel 6 rotates due to accumulation of a certain amount of rainwater in the water storage section 7, the oil wheel 11 rotates via the gears 9 and 10.
These mechanisms are provided on both sides of the hot water storage tank 4, and the shaft of the gear 10 is connected to both sides so that both wheels 11, 11 rotate simultaneously.

Rails 12, 12 are attached to both sides of the frame 2 of the heat collector 1, and the cleaning tool 13 is attached to the rails 12, 12.
It is attached to move on top. The cleaning tool 13 is longer than the width of the heat collector 1, has rollers 14 placed on the rails 12, 12 at both ends, and has a cross-sectional shape similar to the main column 1 as shown in FIG.
5, a rubber plate 16 made of synthetic rubber, and a holding plate 17 for attaching the rubber plate 16 to the main column. The rubber plate 16 is attached so that the tip of the portion protruding from the main pillar portion 15 is always in contact with the surface of the transparent plate 3. Although this rubber plate 16 constitutes the cleaning body, it is not limited to the rubber plate 16, and other flexible members such as brushes may be attached.

The operation of this embodiment will be explained below. When installing this embodiment, since it is installed on a roof or the like, it is installed with the hot water storage tank 4 facing upward at an angle of about 30 degrees. The horizontal position is indicated by a virtual line in FIG. Therefore, the rainwater guide groove 5 will almost face the top when installed. Further, the water storage portion 7 is also tilted to the left in the drawing. This embodiment does not operate unless it rains. When it rains, the rain falling in the rainwater guide groove 5 is guided to both water storage parts 7. Therefore, when the water in the water storage section 7 accumulates up to the bent portion of the tip of the plate 7-2 as shown in the figure, the water wheel 6 is rotated counterclockwise by its weight. The rotation causes the gear 9 to rotate by the teeth of the disc 8, and the gear 1
Rotate 0. Therefore, the foil 11 rotates in the direction of the arrow. Accordingly, the pulling member 19 is pulled and the cleaning tool 13 is moved. When the cleaning tool 13 moves, the tip of the rubber plate 16 wipes the surface of the transparent plate 3, so that dirt on the surface can be removed. The cleaning tool 13 is the stopper 2
Move until it hits 0. During this time, the water wheel 6 rotates due to the weight of the water in the water storage section 7, and the water spills out, reducing the weight of the water storage section 7, but once the cleaning tool 13 starts moving, it does not require much force after that. ,
It can be pulled up. When the water wheel 6 rotates until the cleaning tool 13 reaches the stopper 20, all the water in the water storage section 7 is poured into the water receivers 22, 22. The water passes through the pipe 23 and is sprayed onto the surface of the transparent plate 18 from the holes 24.

When the water in the water storage section 7 runs out, the water wheel 6 returns to its original position due to the weight of the cleaning tool 13 itself and the weight 21, and repeats the same operation.

This will still work, but if the cleaning tool 13 is heavy, if the installation location is extremely steep, or if the cleaning tool 13 is stationary.
3 has a high coefficient of friction and may not start moving, so it is desirable to install a motor 25 as shown in FIG. This motor 25 is attached to a shaft connecting both gears 10 in the hot water storage tank 4 as shown by the broken line. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, a first cam 26 and a second cam 27 are provided around the inner disc 8, and when the other part is slightly tilted due to the weight of water, the first cam 26 turns on. A first switch 28 is installed, and when this switch is turned on, the motor 25 is operated, and after the water turbine 6 is rotated, a second switch 29 that is operated is used to reverse the rotation of the motor. When this motor is used, the cleaning material of the cleaning tool 13 may be a brush attached to rotate using the motor instead of a rubber plate. Further, even when the motor 25 is used, the cleaning tool 13 may be returned by using its own weight instead of using the reverse rotation of the motor.

As described above, according to the present invention, rainwater is accumulated and
A water wheel that rotates when a certain amount of rain has accumulated is used to slide the cleaning tool while keeping it in contact with the transparent plate surface, so there is no need for any special drive source. When it rains, the surface of the light-transmitting plate is automatically cleaned, removing dirt that has adhered to the light-transmitting plate, and maintaining the thermal efficiency of the solar water heater at a high level.
