Claims (1)
- 研削盤の砥石軸に対する被加工物の回転中心軸
の傾斜角度を調節するスイベル装置において、テ
ーブル台に対して切込送り台を切込送り方向に案
内する流体式静圧ガイド機構と、流体式静圧ガイ
ド機構の側面案内パツドのうち切込送り台の少な
くとも一側の切込送り方向前後１対の側面案内パ
ツドにおける各側面案内パツドへ供給される流体
の流量を調節する流量調整装置とを備え、上記前
後１対の側面案内パツドの各々へ供給される流体
の流量を変えることにより切込送り台を鉛直軸回
りに小角度スイベルさせるように構成したことを
特徴とする研削盤のスイベル装置。
