２図は従来の超音波探傷装置を示す断面図、第３
図は被検材が正規の位置に在る状態と、被検材が
径方向に位置ずれした状態において探傷したとき
の違いを説明するための断面図である。 図において、１は被検材、２は斜角探触子、５
はカバー、６はリング、７は水室、８は円筒体、
９は連結棒である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。
２図は従来の超音波探傷装置を示す断面図、第３
図は被検材が正規の位置に在る状態と、被検材が
径方向に位置ずれした状態において探傷したとき
の違いを説明するための断面図である。 図において、１は被検材、２は斜角探触子、５
はカバー、６はリング、７は水室、８は円筒体、
９は連結棒である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 回転せずに長手方向に送られる管状または丸棒
状の被検材の周りを回転する斜角探触子によつて
上記被検材の外周をスパイラル状に走査し、探傷
する超音波探傷装置において、水室を形成するた
めの円筒体と、上記円筒体の両端部に各々取付け
られ、上記円筒体との間に環状空間を形成するカ
バーと、上記カバーの環状空間に上記被検材が通
る孔を有し、かつ上記被検材の曲がりおよび搬送
中の上記被検材の径方向の軸芯振れに対し、上記
被検材と同じ径方向に動けるリングと、上記リン
グに一端を固定し、他の一端で上記斜角探触子を
保持する連結棒と、上記円筒体と上記リングと上
記被検材によつて形成される水室とを備えた超音
波探傷装置。
