Claims (1)
- ボデイ部材の一面側に開口して形成された受圧
室と、この受圧室を覆つてその周端部が上記ボデ
イ部材に溶接された受圧ダイヤフラムと、上記受
圧室の中央底部より上記ボデイ部材を貫通してキ
ヤピラリーチユーブに導かれる連通穴と、上記受
圧室、連通穴、キヤピラリーチユーブに封入され
た封入液とを具備したダイヤフラムシール付き伝
送器において、上記連通穴の開口部に対向する上
記ダイヤフラムの裏面側に形成された弁体と、こ
の弁体を受ける上記開口部に形成された弁座とを
有するダイヤフラムシール付き伝送器。
