Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit air to remain securely in a pressure tank by providing between the right underside of a feed water pipe and a discharge port a generally semicylindrical air floated plate formed of a curved surface having as the inner surface the right underside of said feed water pipe. CONSTITUTION:When water is discharged from a feed water pipe 6 with the lower end of said pipe 6 being located above the water level, air reaches the underside of the water level even if air in a pressure tank 9 is caught in water discharged from the feed water pipe 6. And the water catching the air is dispersed radially on the bottom. The water dispersed to the air floated plate 21 side collides with said plate to move upward and a portion of the water is caught up centripetally, when the air is separately upward and floats immediately upward. Also, water including air dispersed to the opposite side to the air floated plate 21 is dispersed in the direction of departing from a discharge port 10 so that the air is then separated to float upward. Thus, only water which hardly includes air flows into the discharge port 10. Hence, air in the pressure tank is not reduced so that stable automatic running is provided.

In the conventional automatic pump of this type, the lower end of the water pipe 6 from the pump 1 faces into the pressure tank 9, as shown in FIG.
It is known that a flat baffle plate 51 is provided between the lower end of the water pipe 6 and the discharge port 10.
There is one published in No. 96376.

However, in such a pump device, when the amount of water fed by the pump 1 is large, as shown in FIG. 4, some of the air bypasses the side surface of the baffle plate 51 and enters the discharge port 10 as shown in FIG. 3B. It can get mixed in. In this case, there is a possibility that sufficient air cannot remain in the pressure tank 9, and the function of the pressure tank 9 may be impaired. In FIG. 4, the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 indicate the same components.

The present invention provides an automatic pump device in which the lower end of a water pipe 6 provided on the discharge side of a pump 1 faces into a pressure tank 9, and a discharge port 10 is provided at a lower side of the pressure tank 9. An automatic pump device characterized in that a substantially semi-cylindrical air floating plate 21 formed of a curved surface whose inner surface is directly below the water pipe is provided between the water pipe 6 and the discharge port 10. It is.

The pump 1 is broken so that it sucks in well water or the like from a suction port 2 through a check valve 3, discharges it to a steam/water separation chamber 4, and then sends it out from a discharge pipe 5 to a water supply pipe 6. is provided. In this embodiment, the discharge ports 11 and 12 are closed with blind plates 13. The air floating plate 21 is attached to the bottom surface of the pressure tank 9, located directly below the water pipe 6 and between the discharge port 10 closest to it. This air levitation board 2
1 is formed into a substantially semi-cylindrical shape with a curved surface having an inner surface immediately below the water pipe, and its inner diameter is set larger than the inner diameter of the water pipe 6 at its closed end.

When the pump 1 is rotated to discharge water from the water pipe 6 with the lower end of the water pipe 6 positioned above the water surface, the air in the pressure tank 9 is discharged from the water pipe 6. Even if caught in water, the air will reach below the water surface. This air-infused water spreads out radially at the bottom. The water spreading toward the air levitation plate 21 collides with the air levitation plate 21 as shown by the arrow in FIG. , the air is separated upwards and immediately floats upwards. Furthermore, the water containing air that spreads on the opposite side of the air floating plate 21 spreads in a direction away from the discharge port 10 as shown by the arrow in FIG. 2, so that the air separates and floats upward.

As a result, only water containing almost no air flows into the discharge port 10, and as shown in A in FIG. 3, this is a significant improvement over the conventional example B. In addition, when using the outlet 12, the water flow containing air on the opposite side of the air levitation plate 21 is directed toward the outlet 12, but since the distance is long, the air floats before reaching the outlet 12. Only water flows in. Discharge port 1
The same applies when using 1.
