号、集合最大個数などを設定する設定装置と; 前記設定装置で設定された走行速度、使用ライ
ン数、集合最大個数などに基づいて前記物品受取
り板の切換間隔時間及び切換時から前記前段コン
ベヤーへ物品受取り板が到達するまでの到達時間
を演算する演算装置と; 前記各ラインの前段コンベヤーの物品排出側終
端部にそれぞれ設けられ、物品が物品排出側終端
部に到達したことを検出すると物品検出信号を出
力する複数の物品検出装置と; 前記各物品検出装置からの物品検出信号によつ
て物品が前段コンベヤーの物品排出側終端部に到
達しているラインを記憶する物品到達ライン記憶

ン記憶装置と; 前記複数の前段コンベヤーを走行させて各ライ
ンごとに物品を物品排出側へ送ると共に、前記物
品到達ライン記憶装置及び前記切換ライン記憶装
置に記憶された物品到達ライン及び切換ラインに
基づいて、物品が物品排出側終端に到達したとき
そのラインに物品受取り板が到達するまで該ライ
ンの前段コンベヤーの走行を停止する停止指令を
出力し、前記物品到達ラインと切換ラインとが一
致するラインの前段コンベヤーを、前記切換え時
から前記演算装置で演算された前記到達時間経過
後、前記切換間隔時間ごとに、走行指令を出力す
る前段コンベヤー走行制御装置とを備えた物品搬
