- 軸方向に移動可能に支持された動作軸と、この
動作軸を駆動するための流体圧シリンダと、この
シリンダと前記動作軸とを連結する連結部材と、
この連結部材に回転自在に支持されたストツパー
と、このストツパーを回転させる回転機構と、前
記動作軸の周りに配置され前記ストツパーに当接
して前記動作軸の移動停止位置を複数段に位置決
めする位置決め部材とを具備して成る動作軸駆動
装置。
