ストロ−の内面所定位置に設けられた内ストロー後端の

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、外ストローと外ストロー内に出入自在に挿入した内
ストローとからなり此れら内外ストローの伸長状態で重
なり側のそれぞれの端部が係合するように外ストローの
係合側端部を縮径し内ストローの係合側端部を拡径した
二重ストローを作製するための外ストロー(1)を受容
する多数の凹溝(3)を外周に設けて該外ストローを搬
送するようにした戻り止め成形加工用の外ストロー搬送
加工用ドラム(5)に、単一の円周方向溝(6)と外ス
トロー縮径側端縁位置決め部(7)とが一体的に形成さ
れた戻り止め成形ロッド(8)を該搬送加工用ドラム(
5)の各凹溝(3)側面にそれぞれ対面して進退自在に
且つ凹溝(3)と同一位相で円周移動するごとく回転自
在に設けるとともに、戻り止め成形ロッド(8)の押し
込みガイド(9)を基枠(10)側に設ける一方、該成
形ロッド(8)の円周方向溝(6)を所定位置で両側か
ら押圧するごとく突縁(11)を外周に備えた一対の戻
り止め成形ローラ(12)、(12)を基枠(10)に
軸支し、凹溝(3)に受容され転送される外ストロー(
1)の縮径側端縁部の移動ライン(t)を越えて戻り止
め成形ロッド(8)の外ストロー縮径側端縁位置決め部
(7)が入り込むように戻り止め成形ロッド(8)を直
進せしめて、該成形ロッド(8)の心金部(8a)に外
ストロー(1)をかぶせて上記端縁位置決め部(7)で
外ストロー(1)の外ストロー縮径側端縁部(1b)を
位置修正した状態で、一対の戻り止め成形ローラ(12
)、(12)と戻り止め成形ロッドの心金部(8a)と
の間で外ストロー(1)外壁部を押圧転動してストロー
伸長時の戻り止め(1a)を形成するようにしたことを
