Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はエアゾール用押釦に係るもので押釦に
複数の噴射ノズルを形成し、この複数の噴射ノズ
ルを噴霧目的、噴霧形態等に応じて全部又は一つ
のみを任意に選択使用して噴霧パターンを大小に
変化させることができるようにしたものである。
従来この種の目的を有する押釦は、例えば実公昭
48−29202号が存在した。この考案の押釦は1個
の押釦に3個の噴射ノズルを形成し、押釦の外周
に回動自在に被覆した被覆体でノズルの1個又は
2個を被覆したり全部を露出することにより噴霧
可能ノズルの数を増減して噴霧面積を制御するも
のであり、複数のノズルはその全てが常にステム
に連通されている。この状態で押釦を押圧しエア
ゾール容器内のバルブを開放すると、全てのノズ
ルに内容物が加圧供給されているため、被覆体と
ノズルの密接が高度に行なわれていないとエアゾ
ール内容物は被覆体の内面を伝わり、垂れ流しの
状態となる。この状態を防ぐには被覆体の内面を
ノズルの端面に強く密接させるよう高度の工作精
度をもつて被覆体を形成する以外にないが、実際
上困難であるとともに仮に可能とした場合は被覆
体と押釦相互の回動が接触抵抗により不可能とな
りノズルの任意数露出はできないものとなる。要
するに上記従来例に於ては現実的に実施が極めて

て、エアゾール容器のステムと接続しこのステム
とノズルを流通路にて連通した押釦本体と、この
押釦本体に回動自在に固定するとともにノズル部
を有しこのノズル部と流通路を制御弁を介して接
続し一方回動時には制御弁を開放してノズル部と
流通路を連通するとともに他方回動時には制御弁
を閉止してノズル部と流通路の連通を遮断する回
動ノズル体とから成ることを特徴とし、複数のノ
ズルを一個の押釦に形成することなく押釦本体と
回動ノズル体とに別個に形成するとともに回動ノ
ズル体のノズル部と流通路を制御弁を介して接す
ることにより、回動ノズル体のノズル部と押釦本
体の通流路の連通を、回動ノズル体の回動によつ
て制御弁を開閉し任意に行なえるものとしたか
ら、ノズル部を被覆する等の無理な構成を取るこ
となく回動ノズル体のノズル部への内容物の供給

されるとともに上端面を平担な押圧部12として
いる。13は連結管で、押釦本体1に一端を固定
して流通路6と連通している。14は弁管で、軟
弾性材にて形成し連結管13の外周に一端方向を
摺動自在に装着するとともに回動ノズル体7に他
端方向を固着し、内部に挿入固定したニードルの
先端を連結管13の他端に挿入して制御弁15を
形成し、この制御弁15を介して流通路6とノズ
