[Problems to be solved by the invention] Since the conventional example has an integral structure with a substantially L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. The size H 0 cannot be changed. Therefore, at the site, the formwork 1 is often installed with the weir crest 3a inclined to match the unevenness of the roadbed 4 on which the formwork is installed. Furthermore, since this roadbed is not necessarily parallel to the planned paved surface, it is difficult to hold the formwork 1 installed thereon on the planned paved surface. If concrete paving work is carried out using formwork installed with the crest of the dam not flat in this way, it cannot be expected to obtain a flat paving slab. Furthermore, when using a common formwork for paving work with different pavement thicknesses T, the required pavement thickness T of the concrete plate
is larger than the formwork height H 0 , insert something such as wood between the roadbed and the formwork to raise the formwork and raise the weir crest 3a. This work is frequent and requires fine adjustment, making it impossible to ensure a high degree of flatness.Additionally, there is a disadvantage that unevenness corresponding to the unevenness of the insert appears on the lower side of the concrete plate. . Furthermore, if the desired pavement thickness T of the concrete base is smaller than the formwork height Ho as shown in Fig. 1, the roadbed must be scraped off and the formwork must be sunk into the roadbed 4. In this case as well, it is not only difficult to ensure flatness while involving complicated work, but also there is a risk that the strength of the roadbed may be weakened.

Such problems occur not only in concrete pavements for general roads, but also in formwork installation work for various pavement bodies, and are particularly noticeable in high-grade pavements that require a high level of flatness.

In addition, the main version shown in Utility Model Publication No. 45-9134 is
If the lower panel cannot be installed horizontally, it cannot be held horizontally, and the protruding rod head protrudes from the surface facing the concrete, and the vertical hole is opened in the main plate, so the fresh concrete may wedge through the vertical hole. It leaks out and hardens over time, making it difficult to remove.
Another problem is that after the panels are removed, the concrete surface becomes uneven and requires time and effort to shape.
Particularly when reusing the vertical hole, it is necessary to remove concrete stuck to the vertical hole, which is time-consuming, and since it is fixed with a wedge, if the wedge is driven in too strongly, it will take time to remove it, and the wedge will be loose. When it is, there is a problem that it is easy to loosen.

The present invention was developed with the aim of solving the above-mentioned problems and providing a paving formwork that has excellent workability and can adjust its height and inclination. It consists of a combination of a weir part and a movable weir plate, and the immovable weir part is formed into a substantially L-shaped cross section by the installation plate and the weir plate, and the weir plate has a plurality of guide holes spaced at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. At the same time, a guide plate is provided on the back side of the weir plate above the installation plate and protrudes from both sides of the opening end face of the guide hole, and the movable weir plate has a back side corresponding to each guide hole of the weir plate. A fastener consisting of a combination of bolts and nuts is fixed at each position to insert the fixing plate, and the weir top plate is disposed at the top with the weir top plate facing backward, and the fastener is inserted into the guide hole. The movable weir plate is attached to the immovable weir portion with a configuration in which the back surface of the movable weir plate is brought into contact with the surface of the weir plate, and the fixed plate is brought into contact with the tip end face of the guide plate in the direction away from the guide hole to tighten the fastener. A paving formwork characterized in that it is configured to be movable up and down.

In order to tighten the fastener while the fixed plate of the fastener is in contact with the end face of the guide plate in the direction away from the guide hole, the movable weir plate is pressed against the stationary weir using the flexural elasticity of the fixed plate. It can be fixed securely. In addition, the movable weir plate allows the fastener to move the upper surface of the movable weir plate horizontally or parallel to the pavement design screen even if the lower fixed weir part is inclined in the longitudinal direction of the plate within the range of movement within the width of the guide hole. Can be adjusted.

In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, the movable weir plate 12 is brought into close contact with the weir plate 11b in such a manner that each nut 15, 15 is loosely fitted into each guide hole 13, 13.... Next, as shown in FIG. 6, insert the bolt 17 through the washer 18 and the fixing plate 16, and

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, since the width of the guide hole 13 is wider than the width of the nut 15, even if the installation plate 11a cannot be set horizontally, the nut 15 can move laterally within the guide hole 13. The weir top plate 12a can be maintained horizontally by tilting the movable weir plate within the possible range.

By adjusting the height of each movable weir board, it is possible to install a flat formwork that matches the planned paved surface while avoiding unevenness between adjacent movable weir boards. In addition, since uneven structures such as bolts and nuts do not appear on the surface of formwork 1 that comes into direct contact with concrete, unevenness does not appear on the side surfaces of concrete slabs cast using formwork 1. The removal work from the concrete side can be easily performed, and there is no problem in forming a predetermined joint structure on the side surface of the concrete slab. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, each surface of the movable weir plate 12 and the weir plate 11b (on the left side in the figure) is in contact with the flat plate surface of the concrete 5, so that the formwork 10 can be easily removed. Furthermore, since the guide hole 13 is also blocked by the movable weir plate 12, fresh concrete will not flow into the guide hole 13 and harden during concrete pouring, making it easy to remove and reuse the formwork 10. Above the guide hole 13
It has excellent workability and does not require the effort of removing concrete that has flowed into the concrete.

Further, guide plates 14, 14 are arranged on both sides of the guide hole 13, and a fixed plate 16 is arranged between both guide plates 14, 14.
Since the bolts 17 are horizontally mounted, the flexural elasticity of the fixing plate 16 can be used to enhance the tightening effect when the bolts 17 are tightened.

Note that the fastener consisting of the combination of bolt 17 and nut 15 can be reversed to that of the previous embodiment.
That is, a configuration may be adopted in which bolts 17 are erected at right angles on the back surface of movable dam plate 12, fixing plate 16 is inserted through the tip edge of bolt 17, and nut 15 is screwed into the tip.

Since the immovable weir part 11 of the formwork 10 is approximately L-shaped with the weir plate 11b and the installation plate 11a, the weir plate 11b can be easily maintained vertically, and the weir plate 11b can be easily maintained vertically. Even when the load of the concrete 5 is applied to the front side, the installation plate 11a remains in the back side direction, so there is no need to separately set other members later to receive this load.
