Claims (1)
- 複数段に調理物載置用の棚を配設する調理室と
、該調理室に電気ヒータ等の加熱源の熱をフアン
によつて強制循環する様にした強制対流式オーブ
ンにおいて、前記棚と棚の間に、該棚と略平行し
てセラミツク板を配設し、該セラミツク板の上下
に熱風通路を形成した事を特徴とする強制対流式
オーブン。
