- 振動子と、この振動子を固定しかつ噴霧液に接
して冷却されるベース基板と、このベース基板に
積層され絶縁を行なう回路基板と、この回路基板
上に配設される励振用出力素子と、前記ベース基
板を一面としてこの励振用出力素子を密封する筐
体とからなることを特徴とする超音波発振装置。
