Claims (1)
- 定尺に切断され、定位置にセツトされた電縫鋼
管の一端開口からその内部へ高圧流体を噴射する
高圧流体噴射用ノズルと、前記鋼管の他端開口か
ら所要の対向距離を存して立設されたビード切削
屑衝合壁と、前記鋼管の他端開口からのビード切
削屑を挟持し引抜く２個の開閉可能なピンチロー
ラーを有する鋼管の他端開口に隣接して鋼管の軸
方向に移動可能に立設されたピンチローラースタ
ンドと、前記ノズルに連結された電磁開閉弁とか
ら成り、前記鋼管が定位置にセツトされた検出信
号により、前記２個のピンチローラーの回転駆動
および前記電磁開閉弁の開放を行い、前記ノズル
からの高圧流体噴射による鋼管内のビード切削屑
排出過程におけるビード切削屑の後端部が鋼管の
他端部近傍に達するタイミング信号により、前記
電磁開閉弁を閉成すると共に、前記２個のピンチ
ローラー間を閉じることを特徴とする電縫鋼管に
おける内面ビード切削屑の処理装置。
