Claims (1)
- シリンダチユーブ内にピストンを摺動自在に嵌
装すると共にピストンとシリンダチユーブの相対
回動を阻止するように構成された流体圧シリンダ
において、シリンダチユーブとピストンを夫々非
磁性体で構成し、前記ピストンには馬蹄形永久磁
石を、その両磁極がピストン軸方向に並設され、
かつ、その両磁極がシリンダチユーブ内面と対向
するように装着し、シリンダチユーブ外側には、
前記磁極間に生じる磁力により作動する磁気感応
スイツチを配設して成ることを特徴とする位置検
出装置付流体圧シリンダ。
