１０は光学部品ホルダ、１１，１２は光フアイバ
、１３，１４は補強カバ、１５，１６はロツドレ
ンズ、１７は上部蓋である。

Claims (1)
- 光弾性物質を介しておもりが検出部固定台に支
持されると共に前記光弾性物質を間に挾んで４分
の１波長板及び偏光子と検光子が対向して配置さ
れ、更に、前記偏光子と発光素子とが光フアイバ
を介して接続され、また前記検光子と受光素子と
が光フアイバを介して接続されることを特徴とす
る光フアイバ加速度計。
