Claims (1)
- 粗微動装置５を電動兼手動式の粗動装置Ｐと電
動式の微動装置Ｑとにより構成し、前記両者Ｐ，
Ｑの選択操作により移動ステージ３と一体的にな
した筐体６を上下動すべくなすと共に該筐体６に
固定した支承体１０に、粗動装置Ｐからの作用力
を伝達すべくウオームホイール１３を有する軸筒
体１２をころがり軸受１１を介して連繋する一方
、微動装置Ｑからの作用力を伝達すべくウオーム
ホイール２５を有するボールネジ２０及び該ボー
ルネジ２０に螺合したボールネジナツト２３とを
前記軸筒体１２に取付け、更に軸筒体１２と筐体
６の支受板２１との間に発条を設けた顕微鏡等の
手動兼電動式粗微動装置。
