- ２枚のパネル基板と、該パネル基板上に形成さ
れた透明電極と遮光層及び液晶層から成る液晶印
写装置用液晶パネルにおいて、前記遮光層を前記
液晶層を挾む一対の基板上に対向させて設けた事
を特徴とする液晶印写装置用液晶パネル。
