本考案は、装軌式車輌のアイドラまわりにおけ

従来、装軌式車輌のアイドラまわりにおける騒
音低減装置としては、トラツクチエーンのトラツ
クリンクレール面とアイドラ踏面との間の直接係

半径外方に弾圧支持する硬質ゴムよりなる環状体
を設け、該環状体をアイドラ外周の両側縁部に沿
つてボルト止めされた左右一対のアイドラ踏面を
形成するリング状リムにより挾圧保持させたもの
が提案されているが、かゝる硬質ゴムよりなる環
状体ではその高さを調整することができないため
に、トラツクブツシユとのくり返し接触により環
状体が摩耗限界に至つた場合には使用不可能とな
り新規製品と交換されねばならず、比較的苛酷な
条件で使用され従つて寿命の短いアイドラまわり
の騒音低減装置としては極めて不経済であつた。
また、環状体それ自体が摩耗せずとも、トラツク
チエーンが緩むか又はアイドラ自体の踏面および
トラツクリンクのレール面が摩耗してアイドラ外
周面とトラツクブツシユ間の距離が変化した場合
には環状体が過剰押圧又は押圧不足となりトラツ
クブツシユとアイドラ間の適度なクツシヨン作用
を維持することができない。さらに、硬質ゴムよ
りなる環状体では耐久性を維持しつつ十分大きな
クツシヨンストロークを得ることができず、効果
的な消音作用を行うことは困難である。加えて、
従来の環状体はアイドラ本体への取付が面倒であ

りタイヤを周設し、該タイヤの基部をアイドラ外
周の一側縁部に沿つて該アイドラ本体と一体に形
成された一方のアイドラ踏面を形成するリムの外
周に沿つて形成されたリング状突起と、アイドラ
外周の他側縁部に沿つて該アイドラ本体に取外し
可能に固定された他方のアイドラ踏面を形成する
リムの外面に沿つて形成されたリング状突起との
間に挾圧保持させ、前記チユーブの内圧を調整可
能な手段はアイドラの外周面より前記一方のリム
の内周部に貫通して設けられた通路を介して該リ
ム内周部に導かれており、前記タイヤの外周面に
より当該アイドラまわりに捲装されたトラツクチ
エーンのトラツクブツシユを半径外方に押圧して
該トラツクチエーンのトラツクリンクを前記アイ

と、該アイドラ本体3の外周他側縁部に沿つて該
アイドラ本体3にボルト8により取外し可能に取
付けられかつ上記トラツクチエーン4の他方のト
ラツクリンク9と係合可能なアイドラ踏面10を
形成するリム11とを備えている。該他方のリム
11は環状に一体に形成されたリムであつてもよ

22を半径外方に押圧してトラツクリンク5,9
とアイドラ踏面6,10との間を引き離し、かつ
トラツクチエーン4に所定の力が作用した際にタ
イヤ13が半径内方に撓んでトラツクリンク5,
9とアイドラ踏面6,10との係合を許すように
調整され、これによつて該トラツクリンク5,9
とアイドラ踏面6,10との直接接触による金属
打音を緩和して騒音を低減させるようになつてい

保持させ、前記チユーブの内圧を調整可能な手
段はアイドラの外周面より前記一方のリムの内
周部に貫通して設けられた通路を介して該リム
内周部に導かれており、前記タイヤの外周面に
より当該アイドラまわりに捲装されたトラツク
チエーンのトラツクブツシユを半径外方に押圧
して該トラツクチエーンのトラツクリンクを前
記アイドラ踏面より離間せしめたことを特徴と
