Conventionally, clean rooms are often installed in semiconductor factories, operating rooms, etc. Therefore, the ceiling is also required to be highly airtight. For a conventional airtight ceiling, as shown in Figure 1, plasterboard 2 is fixed to a general lightweight steel frame 1 with screws 3,
Furthermore, a structure is adopted in which a rock wool sound absorbing board 4 is attached to the plaster board 2 with adhesive and nails, and caulking material is injected into the joints 5 of the rock wool sound absorbing board 4 to obtain airtightness.
This resulted in the inconvenience of requiring a large amount of construction work and not being able to inspect the area behind the ceiling.

An embodiment of this invention is shown in FIGS. 2 to 7. In the figure, numerals 6 and 7 are vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods arranged in a grid pattern. Ceiling material support rod 6,
7 has an inverted T-shaped cross section, and has groove-shaped protrusions 8 on both flanges that are open on the lower surface. The groove-shaped protrusion 8 is widened at the back. Moreover, square pipe-shaped parts 6a and 7a for reinforcement are formed at the upper edges of the web parts of the ceiling material support rods 6 and 7. In addition, when assembling the vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods 6 and 7 in a lattice shape, cutouts (not shown) that fit into each other are provided in the vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods 6 and 7 so that they are arranged at the same height. It is organized like this. Further, the vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods 6 and 7 are hung with hanging bolts or the like at appropriate intervals, or are supported by the building at both ends.

A rectangular ceiling material 9 is arranged in each lattice space of the vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods 6 and 7, and the peripheral edge of the ceiling material 9 is placed on the flanges of the vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods 6 and 7. A belt-shaped sheet-like cover 10 cut approximately in width between the vertical ceiling-material support rods 6 is placed on the lower surface of the ceiling material 9, and both edges of the sheet-like cover 10 are covered with joint plates 11 having an inverted T-shaped cross section. The web portion 11a is held by press-fitting into the groove-shaped protrusion 8 of the vertical ceiling material support rod 6. The web portion 6a of the joint plate 11 is double folded, has a widening portion at the tip, and is elastic. The sheet-like cover 10 is also held by press-fitting a joint plate 11' similar to the joint plate 11 into the groove-shaped protrusion 8 of the horizontal ceiling material support rod 7. The sheet-like cover 10 is made of an airtight material such as vinyl or rubber.

With this configuration, the entire ceiling surface is sealed from the bottom surface by the airtight sheet-like cover 10, and the ceiling can be easily made airtight. The sheet-like cover 10 can be fixed by simply press-fitting the joint plates 11, 11' into the ceiling material support rods 6, 7, and can be attached and detached with a single touch. By removing the sheet cover 10, it becomes a conventional system ceiling, and the ceiling material 9
Since it is placed on the ceiling material support rods 6 and 7 by dropping, simply removing this ceiling material 9 becomes an inspection port. In addition, since the ceiling material support rods 6 and 7 have two groove-shaped protrusions 8, as shown in FIG.
Easy to install.

As described above, the ceiling of this invention has an inverted T-shaped cross section, groove-shaped protrusions opened on the lower surface on both flanges, and vertical and horizontal ceiling support rods arranged in a lattice pattern. , a ceiling material arranged in each lattice space of these vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods, and whose peripheral edge portion is placed on the flange of the vertical and horizontal ceiling material support rods;
An airtight sheet-like cover stretched over the lower surface of the ceiling material and a web portion having an inverted T-shape in cross section are attached to the groove-shaped protrusion of the ceiling material support rod together with a part of the sheet-like cover. Since the joint plate is press-fitted to hold the sheet-like cover, high airtightness can be obtained, construction is simple, and inspection of the attic space can be easily performed.
