[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a runner used when the hanger rails for hanging a sliding door are crossed at right angles or T-shaped.

As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a conventional runner has a plurality of steel balls 53 attached to the bottom surface of a runner 52 in an arched manner.
If such a runner only moves back and forth on the straight hanger rail 51, the wear of the steel balls 53 is uniform, so there is almost no problem in opening and closing the door, but if the hanger rail crosses at right angles, Or, if the door is moved by constantly changing direction at a T-shaped location, the steel balls will wear out partially, making it difficult to open and close the sliding door smoothly, which is extremely inconvenient.

この考案はこのような欠点に鑑み、スライデイ

In view of these drawbacks, this invention was designed to ensure that the runner always moves normally even when the sliding door constantly changes direction and moves on hanger rails that intersect at right angles or are T-shaped. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a runner that can be opened and closed smoothly.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a hanger rail, 2 is a runner body, and has a square shape with a width that allows the hanger rail 1 to move freely. 3 is a gear with a part cut out in a straight line, so that when two of these gears are meshed, the straight part of the gear 3 contacts the inner surface of the hanger rail 1 with a slight margin. 4, all four gears 3 have the same shape and are omitted. 4 is a wheel, 5 is a rotating shaft, and one rotating shaft 5 is installed at each of the four positions shown in FIG. 2 near the four diagonal corners of the square of the main body 2, as shown in FIG. When the gears 3 are attached to each of the four rotating shafts 5, the linear portions of the gears 3 are in contact with the inner surface of the hanger rail 1 and are engaged with each other, as shown in FIG. Further, a wheel 4 is provided at the lower end of each shaft 5.
The wheels 4 are fixed so that the direction of rotation of the wheels 4 is the same as the direction of the straight line of the gear 3.

In addition, when the gear 3 is located at the intersection of the hanger rail 1 as shown in FIG. When the switch is made, the gear 3 rotates as shown in Fig. 4, and when the runner continues to move in the direction of the switch, each linear part of the gear 3 comes into contact with the inner surface of the guardrail 1 in the new direction as shown in Fig. 5. , the wheels 4 also rotate in that direction and move on the inner surface of the guardrail 1.

This idea is structured as described above, so
When the sliding door is moved by changing its direction at right angles at the intersection of the hanger rails 1, the runner moves in the direction of X in FIG. When one end of the gear 3 hits each of the four corners of the hanger rail 1, the gear 3 rotates in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4 and becomes the state shown in FIG. When the direction is changed and the state shown in Fig. 5 coincides with the traveling direction of the runner, no strain is placed on the wheels 3, and the wheels can move extremely smoothly, which is extremely effective for smoothly opening and closing sliding doors. It has a certain effect.

A part of the sliding door hanger rail 1 is attached to a rotating shaft 5 provided at four locations near the diagonal corners of the square runner main body 2 with a width that allows the hanger rail 1 of the sliding door to move freely. The four gears 3 that are cut out in a straight line are attached to the hanger rail 1.
The rotation direction of each of the lower ends of the four rotating shafts 5 protruding from the bottom surface of the main body 2 corresponds to the moving direction of the main body 2, so that the gear 3 rotates. This runner for a sliding door has a wheel 4 fixed so that it rotates accordingly, a hanging bolt 6 is attached to the center of the main body 2, and the sliding door is suspended from the hanging bolt 6.
