本考案は内燃機関の排気管上に近接して配設さ
れた吸気管の排気熱による加熱を防止するための

で、エンジンの組立行程における作業性の低下や
あるいは使用時の整備性の低下を招くおそれがあ

る部分での使用は適さない。本考案は上述の点に
鑑みて案出したものであり、排気多岐管上に近接
して吸気管を配設した内燃機関における吸気管の
排気熱による加熱を防止しかつ吸気管加熱に伴う
内燃機関の吸入効率や出力の低下および吸気管や
その付属部品の劣化を防止するとともに、取付
け、取外しが容易で内燃機関の組立工程における
作業性の向上や使用時の整備性の向上を図つた吸
気管の遮熱装置を提供することを目的とし、その
要旨は排気多岐管上に近接して吸気管を配設した
内燃機関の前記吸気管下部に、半円以上の長さを
もちかつ円周方向2ケ所に外方に伸延して形成し
た立上り部を半円筒状遮熱板の内周面にかしめ結
合した円弧状弾性クリツプの前記立上り部付近及
び開放端付近に突設した取付部を嵌着してなる吸

86を突設したもので、その取付部86をもつて
上記吸気管5の気排気多岐管2に対向する下部に
