    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試験対象ＩＣが装着されるソケツト端子が配設
    された上部と、ボードテスタのコンタクトピンに
    接続される接続ピンが配設された下部コンタクト
    ボードと、前記ソケツト端子と前記接続ピンとを
    接続する布線とを具備し、前記コンタクトピンに
    接続ピンを結合し、ＩＣ単品でボードテスタ用の
    ＩＣライブラリの機能検証及びＩＣの機能試験を
    実施する事を特徴とした汎用デバツギングドライ
    ブフイクスチヤ。
