本案はクレーン式シヨツトブラスト機におい
て、ブラスト室の中央へ移行した被清磨物を吊下
するフツク軸を回転させる為に、このフツク軸の
上方部に軸着したスプロケツトに噛合してこれを
回転せしめるローラーチエーンを回転駆動部と共
に横方向に待避出来る様にして、ローラーチエー
ンとフツク軸のスプロケツトとの噛合を掛脱自在
とし、フツク軸がブラスト室の中心位置への移行
及び離脱、更にはシヨツト時におけるフツク軸の
回転を円滑に行なえる様にしたクレーン式シヨツ
トブラスト機におけるフツク軸回転装置に関する

従来よりクレーン式シヨツトブラスト機におい
ては、被清磨物の外面を均一に清磨する為、これ
をシヨツトブラスト室の中心位置に吊下して低速
で回転させながらシヨツトを投射しているもので
ある。而してこの被清磨物をブラスト室外でフツ
クに吊下してクレーンによりブラスト室の中心位
置に移行せしめ、該位置の天井上に固定して低速
度で回転するローラーチエーンに、フツク軸の上
方に軸着のスプロケツトを噛合して被清磨物を回
転させているものである。しかしながらこの被清
磨物を吊下したフツク軸をブラスト室の中心位置
に移行せしめるに際し、その移行時間の短縮を図
る為にクレーンを比較的早い速度で移行させてお
り、反面ブラスト室の中心天井上で回転するフツ
ク軸回転用のローラーチエーンは、シヨツトを被
清磨物の全面に投射して清磨効果の向上を図る為
に著しく低速で回転しているので、フツク軸のス
プロケツトが該ローラーチエーンとの噛合時には
フツク軸の移行速度とローラーチエーンの回転速
度とが著しく相違して、これら両者が円滑に噛合
せず突つ掛かり状態となつて噛合部を損傷した
り、スプロケツトがローラーチエーンのローラー
間に噛合せず斜めに外脱する等して、フツク軸の
移行或は回転そのものが出来ず、更にフツク軸が
大きく動揺して清磨効果を著しく低下せしめるも
のである。即ち、著しく低速で回転しているロー
ラーチエーンに速い速度で移行されるフツク軸の
スプロケツトがホイストにより押し出されるとス
プロケツトがローラーチエーンの回転方向と逆回
転を起す様になり、又フツク軸がブラスト室の中
心でリミツトスイツチによりその移行が停止する
と今度はローラーチエーンの回転方向と同調する
為、再度逆回転を起すこととなる。この様にフツ
ク軸はローラーチエーンの回転とフツク軸との移
行速度の関係で正転、逆転を繰り返そうとするが
フツク軸の下方には相当重量の被清磨物が吊下さ
れているのでスプロケツトの様に容易に回転せ
ず、前記する様な突つ掛かり状態等が生じるもの
である。又、清磨後のローラーチエーンよりの離
脱に際してもフツク軸の移行速度が速い為、前同
様の不都合が生じ、更に貫通型クレーンブラスト
になるとローラーチエーンの一定回転方向に対
し、その周側を噛合しながら一方向に通過するス
プロケツトの噛合が出来ず、特にローラーチエー
ンの回転方向と反対側にフツク軸が移行する時は
大きなシヨツクがあり、突つ掛かり状態となつて
ローラーチエーンの途中で停止する等の不都合が

摺転出来る様にし、更に回動枠6の両側端部の上
面にスプロケツト12,12′を突設してこの間
に環状のローラーチエーン13を張設してなるも
のであつて、図中14,14′はチエーンガイ
ド、15は減速機付駆動モーター、16はフツク

移行して来てもローラーチエーン13と無理な噛
合を避ける為、回動枠6の回動軸7を中心として
横方向に待避しているのでフツク軸用のスプロケ
ツト16は該位置に到達するまで何物にも阻害さ
れずに回転しない侭移行して、その中心位置に到
達し、リミツトスイツチ(図示せず)によりこれ
を検知するとエアーシリンダー9が作動して回動
枠6の他端部の下面に嵌着するボールキヤスター
8,8′が架台4の摺動レール11上を摺転して
ローラーチエーン13をフツク軸用のスプロケツ
ト16に向け押し出すので、該ローラーチエーン
13はブラスト室の中心位置に移行して停止して
いるフツク軸用のスプロケツト16と円滑に噛合
してフツク軸2を回転させる様になる。この様に
して一定時間フツク軸2を回転させながらその下
方に吊下する被清磨物に均一にシヨツトを投射し
てその清磨が終れば、フツク軸2をブラスト室外
に回帰させる為に再度エアーシリンダー9を作動
せしめて前同様にローラーチエーン13をフツク
軸用のスプロケツト16より離脱して横方向に待
避せしめれば、フツク軸2には何らの掛合物もな
いので容易にブラスト室外に回帰して次の被清磨
物に吊下し直して順次これらの清磨を行うもので

に連動させてこれを行う様にすれば極めて高能率
的に被清磨物の清磨作業が行なえる極めて有用な
