ーン、３は接地パターン、４はスルーホールであ
る。各図中の同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す

- 誘電体基板の印刷された内導体パターンと、こ
の誘電体基板の両面に設けられた接地板パターン
と、この両面に設けられた接地板パターンを上記
内導体パターンに沿つてつなぐスルーホールとを
備えたことを特徴とするストリツプ線路。
