It was as shown in the figure. That is, a bobbin 2 on which a coil L is wound is placed on a printed circuit board 1, and both the signal side s and the ground side e of the coil L are soldered to the printed circuit board 1, and the capacitor C 2 etc. are also connected between the signal side s and the ground side. Both sides e were soldered to the printed circuit board 1, and the signal side s of the coil L and the signal side s of the variable capacitor VC were connected with a copper foil 3.

As shown in the figure, there was a problem in that the stray capacitance C 0 formed between each connection part changed greatly due to changes in humidity, which caused the tuning frequency to shift.

There are also problems such as shooting with nearby parts.

Therefore, even when a printed circuit board with poor moisture resistance characteristics is used, frequency shifts due to changes in humidity can be reduced. Moreover, since multiple parts are integrated on the coil bobbin,
It is also advantageous in terms of moisture resistance and work hours. Also,
Since the ground side end of the capacitor passes through the bobbin and is inserted into the through hole of the printed circuit board, both ends of the coil and the ground side end of the capacitor work together to support the bobbin. Therefore, the bobbin can be stably made to stand on its own during solder dipping, and unexpected accidents caused by the bobbin being installed at an angle can be reliably prevented.
