直記録用薄膜磁気ヘツドの断面図である。 １…基板、２…第１磁性膜、３…第１絶縁膜、
４…第１の導体、５…第１の絶縁膜、６…第２磁
性膜、７…主磁極増厚部、８…第２絶縁膜、９…
第２の導体、１０…第２絶縁膜、１１…第３磁性

又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板、この基板に設けられ補助磁極となる第１
    磁性膜、この第１磁性膜に設けられ第１絶縁膜に
    覆われた第１の導体、この第１絶縁膜に覆われた
    第１の導体に設けられ、上記第１磁性膜の一端に
    接続し主磁極となる第２磁性膜、この第２磁性膜
    に設けられ、第２絶縁膜に覆われ第１の導体と接
    続してらせん状のコイルを形成する第２の導体、
    この第２絶縁膜に覆われた第２の導体に設けられ
    上記一端に接続し補助磁極となる第３の磁性膜を
    備え、上記磁性膜の他端側が記録媒体と対向する
    垂直記録用薄膜磁気ヘツド。
