一符号は同一又は相当部分を示すものとする。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁性の基板で形成されたスライダ上に、フオ
    トリソグラフイ法により下部磁極コア、ギヤツプ
    、巻線コイルを内蔵する絶縁層、上部磁極コアを
    それぞれの順序で積層して形成したヘツド素子を
    備え、 上記スライダを磁気記録媒体上のスライダ浮動
    面でスライドさせながら上記巻線コイルに流れる
    信号電流で電磁界を発生させて上記磁気記録媒体
    を磁化して磁気記録を行い、磁化された磁気記録
    媒体が発する磁界を上記巻線コイルで信号電流に
    変換して記録の再生を行う薄膜磁気ヘツドにおい
    て、 上記ヘツド素子をスライダ浮動面に対して傾斜
    を持たせ、上記上部磁極コアの先端と上記下部磁
    極コアの先端とがスライダ浮動面に対してなす角
    度を同一にしたことを特徴とする薄膜磁気ヘツド
    。
