非磁性基板で挾み込んでなる磁気ヘツドにおいて
、 非磁性基板は両主面に軟磁性薄膜が被着されて
なり、 該非磁性基板と他の非磁性基板を接合材を介し
て挾み込んでなることを特徴とする磁気ヘツド基
板。 ２ 軟磁性薄膜が形成された非磁性基板と他の非
磁性基板間の接合材は、低融点ガラスのスパツタ
膜であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第１項記載
