ように接合一体化された主磁極基板部と、励磁コ
イルを収めるために溝で分割された磁性材料の補
助磁極からなる垂直磁気記録用磁気ヘツドに於て
、主磁極基板部の主磁極膜は分割された補助磁極
の中心磁極に所定の厚みを持つ高透磁率磁性材料
の薄膜を介し磁気回路を形成する様にし、他の補
助磁極と主磁極基板部とは高透磁率磁性材料の薄
膜の厚みと同程度の樹脂接着層により接合される
