Recently, there has been active research and development into coated metal envelopes that are made watertight and airtight by seam-welding coated metal materials (mainly stainless steel) on the inner and outer surfaces of structures, and are also expandable and contractible. In order to install this coated metal envelope on the roof, etc. of the structure, on the walls, and on the curved eaves, the wall parts must be made of a material other than the general coated metal material. Attach the material,
The ends were seam welded together. This has the disadvantage that construction is time-consuming and requires a large number of members.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has developed the present invention by forming side rising portions on both sides of the main plate in the width direction, and by forming side rising portions on both sides of the main plate in the longitudinal direction of the main plate and both side rising portions. An upwardly curved part is formed at one end and a downwardly curved part is formed at the other end to form a covering metal material, a rising wall is formed at one end of the upper part, and a downwardly curved part of the covering metal material is formed at the other end. A plurality of coated metal materials are placed on the top of a structure with curved eaves formed in approximately the same shape, and the rising side portions of adjacent coated metal materials are seam-welded to form an expansion joint. The upper part of the structure is coated repeatedly in sequence, the upper end of the upwardly curved part of the coated metal material is brought into approximate contact with the inside of the rising wall, and the downwardly curved part is placed on the curved eaves; By forming a coated metal envelope that connects the downwardly curved lower end and the connecting piece of eave arabesque material provided on the lower surface of the curved eaves, it is possible to connect the upper part of the roof of the structure, the rising wall, and the curved eaves. This solves the above problems by making it possible to integrally cover the structure in a watertight and airtight manner, making it possible to easily repair the curved eaves of the structure, and also to cope well with thermal expansion and contraction of the covered metal material. This is what I did.

In the present invention, side rising portions 6, 6 are formed on both sides of the main plate 5 in the width direction, and the main plate 5 and both side rising portions 6.
An upwardly curved part 7 is formed at one longitudinal end of the upper part 1, and a downwardly curved part 8 is formed at the other end of the covering metal material B, and a rising wall 3 is formed at one end of the upper part 1, and a rising wall 3 is formed at the other end of the upper part 1. A plurality of covering metal materials B are arranged on the upper part 1 of a structure A in which a curved eave 4 is formed in substantially the same shape as the downwardly curved portion 8 of the covering metal material B, and the side of the adjacent covering metal materials B, B is Rising part 6゜6
is seam welded to form an expansion joint 10, and this is repeated sequentially to coat the upper part 1 of the structure, and the upper end of the upwardly curved part 8 of the coated metal material B is approximately inside the rising wall 3. The coated metal is made by placing the downwardly curved part 8 on the curved eaves 4 so as to make contact with each other, and connecting the lower end of the downwardly curved part 8 with the connecting piece 12 of the eaves arabesque material C provided on the lower surface of the curved eaves 4. By using an outer enclosure, firstly, the upper part 1 of the structure A, the rising wall 3, and the curved eaves 4 can be integrally covered in a watertight and airtight manner, and the construction can be easily carried out. It can respond well to the thermal expansion and contraction of metal material B. Thirdly, a good watertight finish can be easily applied even on the curved eaves 4 of structure A, and fourthly, the coating is elegant in appearance. It has the advantage of being able to be made into a metal envelope.

To explain these effects in detail, the coated metal material B has an upwardly curved upper portion 7° at one longitudinal end and a downwardly curved shape 8 at the other end. The upper end of the upwardly curved part 7 is brought into contact with the inside of the rising wall 3, and the other end of the downwardly curved part 8 corresponds to the curved eaves 4, and the covering metal material is placed and fixed on the upper part 1. In order to do this, the upper part 1, rising wall 3, and curved eaves 4 can be integrally covered.

Furthermore, conventionally, in order to attach a coated metal envelope to a base material having a standing crease, a separate wall joining material is provided and seam welding is performed. As a result, the number of parts inevitably increases, and the seams must be welded vertically and horizontally.
The seam welding work used to be extremely troublesome, but with the coated metal material B of the present invention, the upper part 1 of the rising wall 3 of the structural member 3 and the curved eaves 4 can be integrally covered, making it watertight or airtight. A superior coating can be produced.

Furthermore, in the coated metal envelope, the number of members can be reduced, and the seam welding is performed almost in a continuous straight line from the rising wall 3 of the structure A toward the curved eaves 4 (or in the opposite direction). This makes the work easier and the work time can be shortened. especially,
The presence of the downwardly curved part 8 is an important part of the exterior appearance of the structure A such as a building, and the fact that it can be constructed continuously with the general part of the coated metal material B allows for highly efficient construction. At the same time, it can be made architecturally aesthetically pleasing.

Next, when the upper part 1 and the rising wall 3 are integrally covered with the curved part 7 of the covering metal material B, the upward curved part 7 forms a gap between the corner part of the upper part 1 and the rising wall 3. Therefore, even if the covering metal material B thermally expands and contracts in its longitudinal direction in response to the outside temperature, the upwardly curved portion 7
escapes into the void (see the dashed line in Figure 9), acts to stretch this upwardly curved portion 7, and responds well to the thermal expansion and contraction of the covering metal material B, thereby expanding the outer surrounding of the covering metal B. It can be effective in reliably preventing deformation and damage to the body due to thermal stress and the like.

Next, in the curved eaves 4 of the structure A, the eaves portion of the covered metal envelope and the eave arabesque material C are connected and become substantially integral, and the curved eaves 4 are covered and A rainproof (watertight) finish will also be installed. For this reason, four locations with curved eaves have been newly closed off from the rain (
Watertightness) There is no need to process the eaves, and the eaves can be easily repaired using arabesque material C, which in turn can save construction costs.
