In order to install this coated metal envelope on the top of the roof of the structure and on the rising wall, attach a wall joining material different from the general coated metal material to the rising wall. The ends were seam welded together. This has the disadvantage of requiring a lot of work and a large number of parts.

したものである。Means for Solving Problem C] Therefore, as a result of intensive research in order to solve the above problems, the inventor has developed the present invention by forming side rising portions on both sides of the main plate in the width direction, A curved part is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the rising part of the main (reverse and both sides) and a covering metal material is formed, a rising wall is formed on one of the upper parts, and a groove is formed on the other. A plurality of coated metal materials are placed on the top, and the rising side portions of adjacent coated metal materials are seam-welded to each other to form an expansion joint, and these steps are repeated sequentially to cover the top of the structure and its A connection end in which the upper end of the curved part of the coated metal material is arranged so as to almost touch the inside of the rising wall, and the expansion joint at the other longitudinal end of the coated metal material is bent so as to touch the main plate surface. By making the edge a coated metal envelope connected to the connection piece of the gutter provided in the groove, the upper part of the roof ring of the structure and the groove can be integrally covered, which solves the above problems and further improves the It is designed to cope well with thermal expansion and contraction of the coated metal material.

A gap is formed at the corner of the wall 3 and the rising wall 3. For this reason, even if the coated metal material B thermally expands and contracts in its longitudinal direction in response to the outside temperature, the curved portion 7 may escape into the gap (see the chain line in Figure 8), or this curved It acts to stretch the portion 7, and responds well to the thermal expansion and contraction of the covering metal material B, which has the effect of reliably preventing the occurrence of deformation and damage to the covering metal envelope due to thermal stress, etc. .

As a result, the number of parts inevitably increases, and the seam welding must be performed vertically and horizontally, making the seam welding work extremely troublesome. However, in the coated metal envelope of the present invention, In this case, the number of parts is small (it is possible to do so, and the seam welding of 10 expansion joints can be performed in an almost continuous straight line from the rising wall 3 side of structure A toward the groove 4 (the opposite direction is also possible). In addition, the covering metal material B has a curved portion 7 formed therein, and has the advantage that the work is easy and construction efficiency can be greatly improved. The addition of curved parts makes the coated metal envelope extremely elegant and original in appearance.

属外囲体。(1) Side rising parts are formed on both sides in the width direction of the main plate, a curved part is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the main plate and both side rising parts to form a covering metal material, and a rising part is formed on one of the upper parts. A plurality of coated metal members are arranged on the upper part of the structure, with one wall formed and a groove formed on the other, and the side rising parts of adjacent coated metal members are seam-welded to each other to form an expansion joint. , These steps are repeated one after another to cover the upper part of the structure, and the upper end of the curved part of the covering metal material is arranged so as to be in approximate contact with the inside of the rising wall, and the other longitudinal end of the covering metal material is A coated metal envelope characterized in that a connecting edge of an expansion joint portion bent so as to come into contact with a main plate surface is connected to a connecting piece of a gutter provided in a groove.
