- 生地３９が投入されるホツパー１６と、ホツパ
ー１６と連通し生地３９を順次スクリユーコンベ
ア１１へ送出す受ケース１５と、受ケース１５と
連通されたケース１７に内蔵され先端側に向つて
漸次小ピツチとなるスクリユーコンベア１１と、
スクリユーコンベア１１の先端に取付けた外周に
曲線溝２４のあるノズル芯体２０およびノズル２
１と、螺線突条４０付の中空生地２５′を偏平な
麺帯２５に成形する一対の成形ロール３０，３１
と、成形された麺帯２５を麺帯利用食品成形装置
側へ供給するコンベア３６とからなることを特徴
とする麺帯成形装置。
