Claims (1)
- 流路２を備えるケース１、該ケース１内に配置
されたソレノイド３、該ソレノイド３の内部に配
置されて該ソレノイド３に励磁されるコア４、軸
方向に移動して前記流路２を開閉するプランジヤ
５及び該プランジヤ５を付勢するスプリング６を
有するソレノイドバルブにおいて、前記プランジ
ヤ５が、磁性を備えるゴム様弾性材料をもつて製
せられ、表面にフツ素樹脂材薄膜１０を被覆され
ていることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。
