Description
第１図は本考案の一実施例としての構成を示す
比例制御ガバナの断面図、第２図は同じくその要
部の拡大断面図、第３図は従来の比例制御ガバナ
の断面図である。 図において、１は本体、２はダイヤフラム、３
は弁ポート、４は弁体、５は電磁石、６は磁石、
９は弁座、１０は非粘着層である。なお、図中同
一符号は、同一又は相当部分を示す。
比例制御ガバナの断面図、第２図は同じくその要
部の拡大断面図、第３図は従来の比例制御ガバナ
の断面図である。 図において、１は本体、２はダイヤフラム、３
は弁ポート、４は弁体、５は電磁石、６は磁石、
９は弁座、１０は非粘着層である。なお、図中同
一符号は、同一又は相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 流体を通す通路の一部がダイヤフラムで構成さ
れ、流体を通す上記通路の一部に設けられた弁ポ
ートを開閉する弁体が上記ダイヤフラムに保持さ
れ、かつ上記弁体が電磁石の磁力で動かされ磁力
に応じた弁ポートの開放度が得られる構成のもの
において、上記弁ポートを形成している弁座と上
記弁体の各表面に帯電防止剤入り非粘着性樹脂の
含浸又はコーテイングによる非粘着層を形成した
ことを特徴とする比例制御ガバナ。
