インバータ回路、Ｒ１，Ｒ２，Ｒ３，Ｒ４，Ｒ５
は各々抵抗器、Ｃ１，Ｃ２は各々コンデンサ、Ｄ
１，Ｄ２は各々ダイオード、１３はグランド端子
、１４はリセツト信号出力端子、１５は論理積回
路、１６は比較回路。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１の供給電源（ＶＣＣ）により動作する第１
    のデイジタル回路部と、第２の供給電源（ＶＬＬ
    ）により動作する第２のデイジタル回路部に対す
    るリセツト回路において、 第１の供給電源（ＶＣＣ）により動作し、第２
    の供給電源（ＶＬＬ）が所定電位のときに出力を
    発生する比較回路と、 第１の供給電源（ＶＣＣ）の供給状態を検出す
    る検出回路（Ｒ５，Ｒ２）と、 前記比較回路の出力と前記検出回路の出力に従
    つてリセツト信号を出力する、第１の供給電源（
    ＶＣＣ）により動作する論理積回路 とを有することを特徴とするリセツト回路。
