Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) キヤビテイ型とネツク型とコア型とから成
り少くとも1個の予備成形パリソンを成形するた
めの金型を型締めする装置と、前記型締めされた
金型内に原料を射出する装置と、前記金型内に射
出成形されたパリソンを延伸温度以下に冷却する
装置と、前記冷却されたパリソンを金型から抜き
取る装置と、前記抜き取られたパリソンを延伸温
度に加熱する装置と、前記加熱されたパリソンを
延伸吹込成形用金型内に装着する装置と、前記延
伸吹込成形用金型内に装着されたパリソンを延伸
吹込成形する装置と、前記延伸吹込成形用金型か
ら最終的に成形された製品を排出する装置と、前
記各装置を前記順序で逐次繰返し作動せしめる制
御機構とを有し、前記各装置を射出成形部と延伸
吹込成形部とに分割し、射出成形部において射出
成形された予備成形パリソンを金型から抜き取り
延伸吹込成形部に転送して該延伸吹込成形部にお
いて最終製品に延伸吹込成形するようにしたプラ
スチツク製品の射出延伸吹込成形装置において、
前記射出成形部は少くとも2個の前記パリソン成
形用金型を担持し該金型の各組が少くとも2つの
所定位置において順次停止するよう該金型を断続
的に移送する装置を備え、該金型の各々が第1の
位置に停止したとき前記型締めおよび射出装置が
作動し第2の位置に停止したとき前記冷却装置が
作動するようになし、前記パリソンは前記射出成
形部から延伸吹込成形部に転送される際ネツク型
を含む前記金型から完全に釈放されるよう前記パ
リソンを金型から抜き取る装置は前記ネツク型を
開放する装置を備えており、転送されたパリソン
は前記延伸吹込成形部において開閉自在な支持装
置により着脱可能に保持されることを特徴とする
射出延伸吹込成形装置。 (2) 前記冷却装置は前記各パリソン成形用金型
を周る流体通路から成り、各パリソン成形用金型
が第2位置にあるとき前記通路に冷水が供給され
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項記載の成形装置。 (3) 前記通路に冷水が供給された後温水が供給
されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第2項記載の成形装置。 (4) 前記移送装置は3組の前記パリソン成形用
金型を120°の間隔を置いて担持し120°づ
つ断続的に回転する回転テーブルから成り、該回
転テーブル上の各パリソン成形用金型が第1の位
置にあるとき前記型締めおよび射出装置が作動し
、第2の位置にあるとき前記冷却装置が作動し、
第3の位置にあるとき前記パリソン抜き出し装置
が作動することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の成形装置。 (5) 前記回転テーブルは120°の角間隔で配
置された貫通穴を有し、前記パリソン成形用金型
の各キヤビテイ型は底部に設けた原料注入口が前
記各貫通孔に貫通する如く回転テーブル上に固定
され前記射出装置は前記貫通孔を通して前記キヤ
ビテイ型の注入口に接続される射出ノズルを有す
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第4
項記載の成形装置。 (6) 前記回転テーブルはその回転軸線方向に上
下動可能に支持され、静止固定された射出ノズル
に対し回転テーブルが上下動して前記キヤビテイ
型の注入口が着脱されることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第5項記載の成形装置。 (7) 前記回転テーブルに隣接しパリソンを着脱
可能に保持する少くとも3個のパリソン支持装置
を等角間隔で担持すると共に前記角間隔に等しい
角度づつ断続的に回転する第2の回転テーブルを
設け該第2回転テーブル上の各パリソン支持装置
が第1位置にあるとき前記パリソン成形用金型か
ら抜き出されたパリソンを該支持装置が支持し、
第2位置にあるとき前記加熱装置が作動し、第3
位置にあるとき前記延伸吹込成形装置が作動する
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第4項
