る。 The structure of the curtain rail of the present invention is that a plurality of rows of sound deadening protrusions 4 projecting upward are integrally provided on the horizontal piece 3 facing the ceiling surface of the curtain rail main body 1, and the upper end of each sound deadening protrusion 4 is made of soft material. It is formed by integrally forming the vibration absorber 5 made of resin, and by adopting such a structure, the above-mentioned object of the present invention is achieved. In other words, in the present invention, vibration absorbers 5 made of soft synthetic resin are provided at the upper ends of the sound deadening protrusions 4 provided on the horizontal pieces 3, so that when the runner is mounted against the ceiling, the sound of the running runners is transmitted to the curtain rail itself. Even if the vibrations try to be transmitted to the ceiling via the noise reduction protrusion 4, the sound is temporarily muted by the noise reduction protrusion 4, and furthermore, the vibration is absorbed by the vibration absorber 5 made of soft synthetic resin at the upper end of the noise reduction protrusion 4, and the vibration is transmitted to the ceiling. This is something that can be reliably prevented.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a curtain rail, and a pair of curtain rails 7 are integrally formed by hanging L-shaped leg pieces 6 facing each other below a horizontal piece 3 facing a concrete ceiling surface. A contact piece 9 is suspended from one side edge of the horizontal piece 3 and comes into contact with a wall surface portion of a corner member formed by a ceiling surface and a wall surface. A long concealing piece 10 is hung from the other edge of the horizontal piece 3, and the upper end of the curtain rail 7 and the curtain suspended from this through a runner can be hidden to give the appearance of a box-type curtain. It's like this.

階上に走行音が伝わらないものである。 On the upper surface of the horizontal piece 3 of the curtain rail main body 1, a plurality of rows of sound deadening projections 4 are integrally projected upward. The sound deadening protrusion 4 is formed over the entire length of the curtain rail main body 1 above the contact piece 9, the leg piece 6 and the hidden piece 10. The number of sound deadening protrusions 4 and the locations where they are provided can be changed as appropriate. As described above, the curtain rail main body 1 having the sound deadening projections 4 is an extrusion molded product of vinyl chloride, but it may be made of other synthetic resin. A vibration absorber 5 made of soft synthetic resin is integrally formed at the upper end of each muffling projection 4. Here, the vibration absorber 5 made of soft synthetic resin is formed by extrusion simultaneously with the curtain rail main body 1 made of hard synthetic resin. The vibration absorber 5 integrally formed with the curtain rail main body 1 is brought into contact with a concrete ceiling surface, and the curtain rail main body 1 is attached to the concrete ceiling using a fixture such as a screw for concrete. In such a case, the horizontal piece 3 does not come into contact with the ceiling surface over its entire surface, and the small-area sound deadening protrusion 4 comes into contact with the vibration absorber 5, so that it is held on the curtain rail 7 so that it can run freely. This effectively muffles the running sound of the runner on the curtain side, and prevents the running sound from being transmitted upstairs through the concrete ceiling.

けることができるものである。 In the case of the present invention, as described above, multiple rows of sound deadening protrusions projecting upward are integrally provided on the horizontal piece facing the ceiling surface of the curtain rail main body, and each of the sound deadening protrusions is made of soft synthetic resin at the upper end. Since the vibration absorber is integrally formed, the horizontal piece does not come into contact with the ceiling surface over its entire surface, but instead comes into contact with the small-area sound-absorbing protrusion via the vibration absorber, resulting in noise reduction. The projections reduce the area of contact with the ceiling surface for primary sound deadening, and the vibration absorber integrated into the upper end of the sound deadening projections absorbs vibrations. The curtains are movably held on curtain rails. It can effectively muffle the sound of running runners on the side, and prevents the sound from traveling upstairs through the ceiling. Moreover, since a vibration absorber is integrally provided at the upper end of each sound deadening protrusion, when the curtain rail body is attached to the ceiling, only the vibration absorbing body part comes into contact with the ceiling surface, and the sound deadening protrusion does not come into contact with the ceiling surface. Since the vibration absorber is provided in one piece, the vibration absorber can be reliably installed without falling off during installation.
