本考案は電気かみそりに関するものであり、そ
の目的とするところは、細型で防水機能を備えた

本考案は上記の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので
あり、以下本考案の実施例を示す図面を参照して
説明する。第1図において、電気かみそりは上下
端開口の細い筒状のハウジング1と、該ハウジン
グ1の上端に着脱される刃ブロツク2と、該ハウ
ジング1の下端開口を閉塞する電池カバー3と、
スイツチ4とで構成されている。第2図乃至第8
図において、ハウジング1は夫々合成樹脂材でで
きた第1ハウジング5と、該第1ハウジング5に
ねじ6で螺着される第2ハウジング7とで構成さ
れている。モータ8は第1ハウジング5内に収容
されており、第1ハウジング5の一端を閉塞する
天井板9の第1開孔部10aからモータの回転軸
11が突出されている。通電金具12は導電材で
できており、その端部13を折曲げてモータ8に
対向させるとともに、その折曲げ部14を天井板
9より突出させた状態に天井板9の第2開孔部1
0bから挿入されている。モータ8の外周と通電
金具12の端部13とでスイツチの接点4aが構
成されている。モータ8の外周には通電金具12
との短絡を防止する絶縁板15が貼着されてお
り、該モータ8の端部にはモータ8の電源となる
電池16の陽極に接触する陽極板17が固定され
ている。電池ホルダー18は合成樹脂材からなる
筒状にできており、該電池ホルダー18の側壁に
は第1ハウジング5の内周胴に形成された凹所1
9に嵌合する一対の弾性突起20、該電池ホルダ
ー18の上面にはモータ8を押圧するばね体21
を支持する凹所22、該電池ホルダー18の下面
には電池カバー3を取付けるねじ部23が夫々形
成されており、モータ8と電池ホルダー18との
間に介在されたばね体21が圧縮された状態で該
凹所19に該弾性突起20が嵌合されている。通
電リング24は導電材でできており、電池ホルダ
ー18の側壁に形成された係止孔25に嵌合する
係止突起26が側壁に形成されており、電池ホル
ダー18下端の開孔部27から挿入されて通電金
具12に接触されている。電池カバー3は合成樹
脂材からなる有底の筒状でできており、導電材で
できた端子28がその底に収容されている。端子
28には電池16の陰極に接触する電池接触部2
9a、通電リング24に接触する通電リング接触
部29bが形成されており、該電池カバー3を電
池ホルダー18のねじ部23に取付けることによ
り電池16の陰極に電池接触部29aが接触され
るとともに、通電リング24に通電リング接触部
29bが接触される。Oリング30はゴムででき
ており、電池カバー3と電池ホルダー18との接
合面に設けられている。シーリング手段31はゴ
ムでできており、モータ軸11が貫通する開孔部
32が形成されている。シーリング手段31は天
井板9に形成された環状突起33に嵌合されると
ともに、第1ハウジング5と支持板34に押圧さ
れて水密的に取付けられている。支持板34は天
井板9に形成されたねじボス35に圧入して取付
けられており、この支持板34にモータの回転軸
11の突出方向に環状の突起36が形成されてい
る。環状の突起36には先端が鉤形の弾性突起3
8がスリツト39を介して形成されており、該突
起36の外周胴に回動自在に遊嵌されたスイツチ
レバー37は弾性突起38により離脱防止されて
いる。スイツチハンドル40は合成樹脂材ででき
ており、通電金具12の位置の反対側の位置に設
けられている。スイツチハンドル40に形成され
た係合突起41は第2ハウジング7に形成された
開孔部42に挿入係止されるとともにスイツチレ
バー37に形成された凹欠部43に嵌合されてい
る。スイツチレバー37には凹欠部43の位置に
対し反対側の位置にクリツク突起44、側面が傾
斜された凹段部45が形成されている。支持板3
4にはクリツク突起44が乗り越えるクリツク突
起46、スイツチレバー37の凹段部45に進退
自在に入り込む弾性腕47、シーリング手段31
を介して通電金具12の折り曲げ部14を押圧す
る押圧部48が形成されている。第2ハウジング
7は第1ハウジング5にシーリング手段31、支
持板34、スイツチレバー37を取着した後、ね
