発明が解決しようとする問題点

膜構造用炭素鋼鋼管をロウ付けする構成では、ロウ付は
作業が煩雑なうえロウ付は時の熱で酸化スケールの付着
などにより腐食が促進され易くなるという様な問題があ

上記問題点を解決する為、本発明は加工性の良い機械構
造用炭素鋼鋼管製パイプの内側に2〜10μの銅メッキ
、外側には1〜4μの銅メッキ上に4〜7μの亜鉛ユニ
クロ未中和メッキを施し、耐食性を向上させたものでか

は下地メッキであり、1〜4μで充分である。亜鉛ユニ
クロ未中和メッキは耐食性の面から4μ以上は必要であ
り4〜7μ施してあり、塗装置e、1e’がされている

き抜き強度が劣るが、本発明では、かしめ部の亀裂はな
く、又、かしめ部のパイプと基板との密着性も良好で、

発明の効果
本発明は、加工性の良い材質のドレンパイプにメッキで
耐食性を付与したもので、この様にする事によりかしめ
時の割れ、脱落防止及び耐食性の良いドレンパイプとな
