Claims (1)
- 架台９の一端には荷重測定器１を、他端には試
料固定台５が配設され、前記荷重測定器１は被膜
剥離端部を保持する保持具２を設け、また前記試
料固定台５は前記荷重測定器１側を試料６面とな
し、裏面にはカイロ又８を介して任意に角度を移
動できるガイドウエイ３を設け、しかも該ガイド
ウエイ３には駆動装置４が連結されていることを
特徴とする被膜剥離試験装置。
