本案はクランプバイトに関するもので、クラン
プバイトの孔付きスローアウエイチツプをシヤン
クに機械的に締付け確実に圧接固定する締付機構
の改良にかかるものである。すなわち先行技術と
して公知の実公昭49−26169号公報には押え部材
を用いることによつてチツプ孔内に位置する固定
ピンの頭部にたわみを生ずる方向の押圧力とチツ
プ上面からの押圧力でチツプを固定する構成が記
載されている。この構成ではチツプの機械的精度
がきびしく要求されスローアウエイチツプ用とし
ては不適当であり、また固定ピンに向つて押圧す
る力とチツプ上面から押圧する力の支点が同一で
あるから切削の方向が異る場合に不安定であるこ

して二叉状の一体として形成され、その外端21
は前記段壁13の下端隅角部で支持される。該上
下部片16,18の先端はチツプの夫々上面、後
側面に当接し、これら上下部片の透孔8,9と前
記間隙部19を連通して取付ボルト14で押え部
材11を段部10に螺着固定したとき、上部片1

間隙部19を連通して段部10に対し締付ボルト
14を締付けることによりチツプ1に対し上部片
16による上下方向の押圧作用と下部片18によ
る前後方向の圧接作用によるチツプ1に対する均
一な押圧作用が一個の押え部材で発揮するもの
で、これによつてチツプを強固に且つ均一に押圧
固定することができる。従つて締付けによるチツ
プの欠損等の心配がなく、またチツプの精度もき
びしく要求されない利点がある。第3,4図に示
すものは別の実施例であつて段壁13の鈍角傾斜
を利用し、押え部材の後端面25をこれと等しい
勾配の傾斜面に形成して段壁13と面対面の当接
を行わせ、下部片18の押圧力を一層強固に均一
に発生させようとするものである。なお下部片1
