Claims (1)
- 空気分離装置の下部塔より粗アルゴン塔の凝縮
器に液体空気を供給する管に２つの液体空気フイ
ルターを設置し、この２つの液体空気フイルター
の夫々の液体空気入口管または出口管の何れかを
液張弁を有する管により連通させ、また、この２
つの液体空気フイルター上部にガス抜弁および検
液弁のある検液ボトルが取付けられた安全弁取付
管が設けられていることを特徴とする空気分離装
置の液体空気フイルターの切替装置。
